"I’ve tried many other apps and Centrallo, by far, is the best one out there. I’m a consultant–so I have lists for each of those jobs, I also coach sports teams–separate lists for those teams, 4 kids in 3 school–more lists, and have a Command Central for my to do catchall. So you see, a well-thought our organizational app is critical.”
1. For work, I have been storing drawings and schematics that I use often in Centrallo, an ever growing list of tools that need to be purchased and I keep a weekly schedule of things to do.
2. I started using Centrallo to keep track of my personal vehicle maintenance and repair. Things like when I replaced a battery (saved an imaged of that recipt!), when I changed the oil last or what repairs were done and how much they cost.
3. I have a category that I use to make quick notes about whatever may be going on at the moment. Anything from notes to help me remember key points about a conversation to a note (with image) about an ink pen that a co-worker had that I liked.
Does this sound familiar? You take a 5 minute video at a family event, or concert footage of your favorite band. You want to share it with friends but you are limited to how long the shared video can be. Reduce the size? How annoying. Centrallo now lets all users share videos in their entirety without having to reduce the size. Simply add a note, attach the video (or multiple videos), then share with anyone or publish it to your free Centrallo public web page. Here's an example of what an 80MB video looks like. Did you know that you can easily create lists filled with photos, videos, voice notes, documents and more - then simply publish them to your own custom web page? Every Centrallo account comes with the ability to self-publish anything from mobile devices and the web. Here is an example of a self-published list - a punchlist one of our team member's recently shared with his contractor - http://cll.io/2649. Remember, it's free to self-publish. We have listened to your feedback - and checklists are coming! They are looking and working great across the web, iPhone, iPad and Android. Almost done testing. Stay tuned
We are pleased to announce the recently released ability for any iPhone or iPad Centrallo user to post any web link directly into their Centrallo account. Here are a few screen shots to get you started. It's as easy as one, two, three - post!
“You have the golden feature I have wanted – lists inside of lists. This feature makes your product unique among even the giants like Evernote and Google – Love it!”
Stay tuned! Getting closer to official launch! Android looks amazing as does iPad and iPhone. Web not too shabby either.

"I honestly, honestly think you and your team are building something incredible.
Even in beta, the app blows everything out of the water. Of course there are bugs, but I adore it and for the first time since Springpad made their announcement, I actually don't care in many respects, because I feel totally at home with Centrallo. And it's a massive upgrade. I adore it and credit to you and your team."
